About PartIX.ca

PartIX.ca is an independent study tool for Canada's drone pilot certifications, named after Part IX of the Canadian Aviation Regulations — the RPAS rules.

Why it exists

Transport Canada's official material is authoritative but scattered — beginners don't know where to start, and many drown in text without retaining anything. PartIX.ca reorganizes that same material into a clear path of short, trackable lessons, so you always know the next thing to learn and can see what you've mastered.

How it works

Every lesson maps back to an official source. Content is drawn from Transport Canada and kept as close to the source as licensing allows; where an exact regulatory value belongs, we cite it rather than guess.
